General Terms:
The voucher can be redeemed only at the Zagroń Istebna Complex.
The voucher value can be used for any services at the Zagroń Istebna Complex – including accommodation, dining, Istebna Water Park, spa treatments, and massages.
The voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
The voucher must be redeemed in one single use and in full.
The Zagroń Istebna Complex is not responsible for lost or destroyed vouchers after they have been handed over to the purchaser.
The validity period of the voucher is 3 months from the date of purchase (unless otherwise agreed individually).
The voucher is intended exclusively for individual guests.
